When we decided to build, we talked to several builders who wanted to construct one of their model homes on our lot. The have a licensed architect on staff who adds classic and distinctive features to make the house special. The result is an outstanding, unique home. They also provide very realistic allowances upfront which keeps the whole process on budget.
