We have been a family owned and operated builder since 2000. Back in 1999, on the day we had our first son, we launched into the remodeling arena in Central Ohio. Things took off quickly and we began designing and building all types of projects ranging from bathrooms to basements to porches. Since then, we have been blessed to work with so many awesome families and help create functional and aesthetic solutions to their home needs. We currently are remodeling, building new homes, developing land and restoring out-dated properties. We still love to design and build everything from basement remodels to kitchens, baths, and handyman repairs as well. We know it is true that "Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain who build it."

Mike Willis

Brad thinks he is a visionary, but his visions are a delusion. Onde I had an issue he came and looked at it and agreed there was a problem. He said he would get with me when he had time. Years later and no response I fixed the problem myself. Brad and his coworker caused more problems and damage then I could have imagined for the price he charged. We can't not recommend him enough. Never use this guy for anything!!

I used Brad and his group to completely update my kitchen in my house. The project included gutting the existing kitchen, taking down part of a wall to open the kitchen. New appliances, floor, cabinets, and paint. They did an awesome job. Brad communicated on a daily basis of what they were doing. He stuck by his original plan and cost was better than some other quotes I got. This is the second house I have used Brad and his crew on. They do great work and I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this group of professionals to work in our home. Since meeting up with them in 2016, we have have 2 times ask them make improvements for us. The owner is quick with followup. On both occasions we were presented with a written estimate and a clear list of the work to be accomplished. Each time the work was done by first class professionals. Each piece of the job was executed at the highest level. The attention to detail and our desire for a beautiful result was clearly the focus. Our absolute favorite part of the experience was the dependability. Each contract indicated when the work work begin and when the project would end. ALL milestones were met and work was outstanding. Brad and his team are great to work with and I highly recommend them. I had a large and extensive indoor and outdoor remodel of my property, which was completed with the highest level of quality and skill. Any obstacle that arose was discussed in detail to ensure that was resolved with the highest level of satisfaction. Brad was great at keeping me engaged and informed, with constant communication from inception through completion.

We hired Molnar Design LLC to finish our basement and they were wonderful! Brad (the manager) was extremely down to earth and professional when we met for our consultation, and we didn't hesitate to hire him once we listened to his ideas and saw photos of their work. He was very detail oriented throughout the entire process, a real perfectionist. Every single member of their crew is extremely hard working, arriving early & leaving late almost every day. They are very receptive to customer feedback/ideas and easy to work with. Not too mention that their price for the project was excellent! I cannot believe how amazing our basement looks!! I honestly couldn't believe how well the project turned out. We have since referred two of our closest friends to Molnar LLC without hesitation. Can't wait to work with them again on another house project.
