Rich's Carpet One provided the highest level of service from my sales experiences with Dawn and Donna to the efficient and professional installation of high quality products. I purchased both carpeting and laminate, resulting in different expert installers. All were polite, respectful, and highly skilled. Special thanks to Mendez who alone installed my laminate flooring. Pleasant, diligent, and efficient, when he replaced my heavy China cabinet, he even plugged in its lighting, saving me from having to move the heavy furniture. That's service that exceeds expectations. Of course he also removed old carpeting, cleaned up debris, (as did the carpet installers) and replaced all furniture. I will definitely order from Rich's again and will recommend the business to friends and family.

Excellent experience!! Rich & his team are hands down one of the best. He went out of his was to accommodate a last minute change in appointment date. Reasonable pricing & the crew left no detail unturned. Unbeknownst, Rich came out to the job site following the hardwood floor installation to ensure satisfactory work had been done. I would highly recommend Rich.

Rich's Carpet/ Flooring, did an amazing job on two rooms with hardwood flooring. Two staff members, Hannah and Rob were so knowledgable and caring and I would highly recommend their services. Their prices beat three other estimates in the area as well as Empire flooring that you see on TV by $3,000.00, no kidding aside. The installers are to be highly recommended too, such expertise in installation. I can not say enough about this wonderful company and I will shop with them again.

Rich's CarpetOne crews just finished carpet and tile installation in our home. From Rich to the people in the store, to the tile setters, to the carpet installers, cannot speak more highly of them. Professional, easy to deal with and outstanding workmanship. One of our best retail experiences ever!
