Our property management company hired Juan to clean the grout in 4 public restrooms in one of our buildings. As you can imagine, the public is fairly unforgiving when it comes to restrooms and the restrooms were in need of a deep cleaning. Juan completed the job on time and within budget. The grout is sparkling clean and looks almost brand new. Juan has an incredible work ethic and is not satisfied unless the job is perfect, which is a quality we look for and reward.
