We hired Rethink Interiors to take an empty loft & fully design and furnish it for a vacation rental property. Through a referral, Lolly Mackenzie was selected as the managing interior designer to work with and direct our contractor on a significant whole home renovation. She advised on interior space planning, minor interior structural redevelopment and all design materials. The project lasted from spring 2012 to December 2012. Development of a detached guest house was part of the project located in Phoenix, the property has a "beach house" style and feel. Lolly was able to gain a thorough understanding of our desires and preferences and work well within a prescribed budget. The outcome exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed with Lolly's ability to understand and execute our objectives that she is currently (summer 2015) acting as our lead designer on the construction of our brand new home (principle residence) in Sherwood Park, AB Canada. Lolly Mackenzie worked with us on a new home project in North Scottsdale. We live out east and relied completely on Lolly's vision and immense talent.
