We purchased a ranch style home that was in great condition but had not been touched since 1950. This was a one-owner home and it was immaculate but it needed to be brought into the current decade. The house had a galley kitchen, sunken den and a few other quirks particular to the time period. We decided to take the house down to the brick and open the entire thing up, not adding a second story but opening the ceilings up to the roof lines. We had a good idea of what we wanted but we needed someone with Gail's credentials to get us blue prints for the building permits. Gail was great to work with, very professional and she delivered exactly what she promised for the price she quoted. With our basic design and Gail's help, our home turned out beautifully. Since we were our own general contractor, we hired most of our own subs but during the process we had to bring Gail in to consult on various issues and she was always there for us. We had a great experience with Gail.
