T-Square Designs

We hired David Lunt of T-Square Designs to design our house plans. Because he has been in the design business for many years, Dave was very knowledgable about building codes and municipal requirements. He understood what we wanted and incorporated it into the parameters of our lot size and municipal limits. He completed our drawings and made revisions in a timely manner. He came highly recommended by other people we had asked and his rates were one of the best in Victoria. After interviewing several reputable designers, the deciding factor was his down-to-earth, no-nonsense personality. He did not put on heirs or make us feel inferior, so we felt at ease asking very basic questions. We would not hesitate in recommending David Lunt to anyone of our closest friends and family. We are currently starting the building process, so photos are not available at this time.
