Our project was perfectly completed and installed in May of 2016, but we recently had a minor repair issue (roller ball door latch) that we needed help with. I contacted the company and spoke with Cindy who asked me to send a picture of my issue so she could discuss the proper resolution with Trevor. I heard back from him the next day and he shipped me a replacement part (for free) that enabled me to fix the door without a contractor. Love my wine doors and would recommend this company to any one without hesitation. Trevor is artistic, a master craftsman and reliable. Thank you!!

We are extremely happy with our Renaissance bronze front doors and patio doors. They are custom made and one of a kind. Trevor Markham is a master designer/creator and so nice to work with...Cindy Warren as well.

Update: To revise the last review I would like to correct the fact that I did talk to Cindy who answered the phone in March and every other time I called. She also returned my call on two occasions to give me updates on the delayed response from Trevor. At the time I put the review in, I was so upset and disappointed that I just made a blanket statement. Cindy really did try to help us and she was/is always pleasant on the phone. I really do appreciate her efforts to help us. We finally found a local person who was familiar with our door situation and he happen to be here doing some other things. When we talked about the doors I decided to try again and call Progressive. Cindy answered and we requested some sort of documentation that he could use to help. Cindy sent me a .pdf but it didn’t have the information he needed. I called back and asked her to please try to get Trevor to call back while my guy was here. It happened! Trevor called and he was able to explain things to my guy and now we have a game plan to fix the doors. I could not bring myself to give a better rating than two stars. The lack of communication is a problem. The doors are beautiful. It will be wonderful once they are fixed/re-installed correctly and I can feel safe using them. (First Review) We purchased four bronze doors from Progressive Solutions in 2016 for almost 30K. We did have some problems with the doors when they arrived and it took many phone calls from our architect and from us before we could get a response. Trevor (he's either the owner or manager) did finally send some of his crew to fix the doors before they were hung. The problem I'm having now is the doors are very heavy and they have dropped down some. Since March of this year we have repeatedly attempted to contact Progressive Solutions and as of today, September 20th, we still have not received a phone call back. It's unacceptable after spending 30K on these doors that this company can not show us the common courtesy of returning our calls.

Renaissance Bronze Windows made our home an architectural marvel. Every room has a view that is framed beautifully by a custom Renaissance window. What is even more amazing are the shadows that are casted by the windows on our floors. Sometimes I will sit in a room and watch the shadow of the frame change with the light. Their customer service is excellent and what makes it even better is the pride they take in their workmanship. I highly recommend this company!

This company has beautiful products. They have a average sales force. The follow through and punctuality is apprehensible. This job took and extra 5 months than estimated totally due to lack of organization and honesty on the company's part. I had to hire outside sources to get the job complete. I would not recommend .

We embarked on an extensive exterior remodel. Our house is a very traditional style which my wife and I were happy with. Our architect suggested bronze windows (i'll admit, we were skeptical at first). However, after seeing the drawings, we jumped in full bore. Once the first window arrived, we knew made made the right decision. The windows/doors are the centerpiece of the remodel and we love them!!

Progressive Solutions was involved in supplying jambs, doors & hardware for eight Bank of America's ADA remodels for projects in Brownsville to San Antonio. They also helped me with supplying all the restroom accessories for all of them too. This was a very complicated process because there were many items that changed throughout the process. Naomi, Javier and Don worked through the issues and made sure most of the items arrived at the various locations. We could not have accomplished our goals without the help of Progressive Solutions. Progressive Solutions is a very reputable company in the San Antonio area with great customer service! Everyone is very easy to work with an responsive.

We were looking for a durable, but attractive replacement back door. I discovered Koch doors had a fiberglass exterior/wood interior option. With all our interior trim being stained oak, this was a perfect solution. I called Koch and found that the nearest distributor to Austin was Progressive Solutions in San Antonio. Progressive was a pleasure to work with through the ordering process and had great customer service, even though I was buying just a single door. When the door was scheduled to arrive at Progressive, I received a call from Naomi letting me know that they would be making a commercial delivery to Lakeway. They were willing to bring my door with them, at no additional cost, and I could arrange to meet the crew to take delivery, and avoid a trip to San Antonio. Being a very busy time I welcomed this solution and arranged to meet the crew in Lakeway. Once we met, they not only unloaded the door from their van, but carefully loaded it into my truck and even helped me with the tie-down straps. They were extremely professional and polite, and made the entire process a very positive experience.

Progressive Solutions has provided the Acoustic Treatment program with locks no one else in town would even consider trying to bring in on a small amount basis. Great company to work with.

Progressive Solutions installed a Fleetwood 16x10 triple sliding glass door in our Model Home in Menger Springs and it has been very well received. We have installed ten similar sliding door units since. The product works flawlessly and the pricing is very competitive.

The Progressive people did a wonderful job of replacing all of my full-length plate glass windows with new ones. The new ones aren't heavy like my old doors and they roll easily. Their workers were neat, clean, polite and left my home in perfect order each day. They finished on time, adhered to the budget and saw to it that I was pleased including repainting parts of walls that might have had a small mark. I was fully satisfied with the job. I don't think I have ever dealt with more professional workmen.
