The Remodel Pros exceeded all of our expectations for this project. From beginning to end, they were extremely easy to work with, friendly, clean and on time daily. For better or worse, contractors can come with a bit of a reputation (the stereotypes are not usually that positive). All of our expectations were exceeded and the work was held to a high standard. As important though was the level of communication and transparency which was so appreciated. We felt heard and very valued all the way through the process. Matt and his team are a true group of professionals. I had seen their work at several homes and was very impressed with the work quality and attention to detail, so when I was ready to hire a contractor I knew whom to call. Matt collaborated with me on the design, helping guide me through my first major remodel with patience, a sense of humor and a great eye for aesthetics. As I am a fan of the Arts & Crafts movement, Matt found ways to work that style into the design while incorporating the features of a modern kitchen. Remodel Pros did a large six month full house renovation and addition of our Seattle home in the fall of 2015.
