Remodel It LA

Renovations, especially when you have to do them as a result of damage, can be overwhelming. My best advice is to work with a contractor who you get along and connect with as there is a lot of interaction and you want someone who understands you. After the mold remediator removed anything damaged, we waited for a few months trying to figure out what we wanted to do. We researched numerous contractors, looked at reviews online and narrowed it down to and accepted estimates from five contractors. I tell you this so that you know that we did a ton of research before choosing to move forward with Remodel IT LA. Their estimate was not the least expensive but then the cheapest is rarely the best, especially when it comes to a service like this, but they were very fair. The real selling point was the personal connection. Dror is a kind and wonderful human being and if you have to go through something this stressful, the service and emotional support provided was well worth it. Dror was accessible any time I needed anything and his Project Manager, Eli was amazing on site. When working with older houses there are likely to be a few surprises along the way. Not only did they help explain and guide me through every step of the process, they helped me ride my emotional roller coaster with a lot more ease and determine what were the things that were necessary and what little things I could do to make things look even better. The best part? You often hear horror stories about renovations and construction and that it takes a lot longer than they estimate. I actually had to ask them to slow down a couple times because I had not made all my decisions and they were so on top of it that they were always ready to roll. Had a partial kitchen remodel done. Communication regarding scheduling was very poor - contractor took forever to return messages and always had wishy washy answers about when they'd return to complete a job. (Sometimes I wouldn't know until the day of!) A supposed 3-day job took the span of a few weeks. The actual cabinetry is quite nice but the patch work surrounding the cabinets was entirely unprofessional (uneven and mismatched paint, unfinished trim). They returned to "fix" it, but it honestly looks no better than before. Would not recommend.

When we first decided to remodel the kitchen, we interviewed three contractors. When I first met Dror at Remodel It LA, I knew he was our man! I did not question his sincerity to promise to do the job right, the first time. Dror and his crew of experts are perfectionists, and considering that we completed a total remodel in exactly 2 months time is almost unbelievable. He transformed our circa 2001 , medium sized kitchen, into the kitchen of my dreams! Kitchen is still the same size, but is much more spacious, both to move around in, and for storage. I would recommend Remodel It LA to anyone looking for excellent craftsmanship, experience and ability to create a remodel you will love. Kudos to the guys who installed the backsplash; I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome!

I helped my grandparents find a remodeling company for their bathroom remodel. We came across RemodelIt La among a few other companies that seemed honest and provide good work. After two meetings with RemodelIt La we decided to move forward with them. Eli was our project manager and did an amazing job making the process and the remodel a great experience. Eli and his team did all the prep work for our very high end kitchen remodel. This was the type of project where measurements required extreme precision and allowed little room for error. Not only did they exceed our expectations, but their attention to detail and patience with our high expectations paid off as we now have a showroom quality kitchen. Eli's crew were always on time, polite and cleaned up at the end of the day. With a project that lasted as long as ours, they were also respectful of our space and did everything they could to accommodate our daily routines. We would hire Remodelit LA back in a heartbeat and hope to do another project with them again in the very near future.

Remodelit LA is without a doubt tops in their field. We chose them to provide the cabinets for our new home in sherman oaks of the so called "custom cabinets" provided by our builder. They blew us away with their attention to detail. Dror and his team exceeded all of our expectations. Quality is second to none. I would rate them higher but 5 stars is all houzz allows.

I Called RemodelIT LA first, We were really impressed with the project manager and we agreed to do our roofing with them. The pricing was unbelievable, to good to be true, after they installed the roof we were so impressed we are definitely thinking to do our next projects with them. Service was amazing, the project manager was amazing we were extremely happy. They surpassed our expectations.

Hired Remodelit LA to remodel our bathrooms, we got a complete master and a guest bathroom makeover. e had everything g done including a fancy rain & jet shower, glass enclosure and all new vanities and fixtures. The project turned out beautiful and looked exactly like the computer rendering. We now have a bathroom like in the magazines. The company designer came up with great design ideas for a SPA like experience and we love it. Everything was done professionally and we love our new bathroom. For concept to design and finish, Dror was there to supervise the work every step of the way. We are very happy with the result and the cost of the project was definitively competitive with other bids we got. Highly recommended we will definitely use RemodelitLA again in the future.

Can’t say enough about this guys. Very professional super friendly and the results are beyond my expectations. I hired them for a kitchen remodeling and as we progressed with the job I saw how professional and experienced they are and we hired them for another 2 bathrooms remodeling and new floor throughout the house.
