The relationship between a Contractor and Interior Designers can at most times be frustrating and full of friction. This is not the case with Marco and his team. Pureco Contracting has been honored to work as Remanente Designs preferred contractor for the last three years. Marco and his team provide usable, realistic and researched plans and material lists which helps every renovation, large or small, move along as smooth as possible. From start to finish, Marco's professionalism and attention to detail are the main reasons we are always pleased to complete his renovation and remodeling projects.

When my husband and I downsized to a walkout villa, we brought in Marco and his team to help design our new space. My husband likes a contemporary look and I wanted some organic elements and touches of our western Canada setting. Marco and his assistant converted our vague wishes into a cohesive design and then sourced the perfect furniture and accessories to pull it all together. Fast forward to the final installation day and the “reveal” and we were astounded by the amazing transformation! Our space now looks fresh and put together. We were impressed with Marco’s talent and the skill and dedication of his entire team including the painters, floor installers and other trades.

Marco and his team decorated our main floor living room, dining room and bonus room. The transformation went from a colorless space to a living area full of life! We could not have been happier.

Marco and his Team did a wonderful job on my house. I brought Marco in to help with maybe a paint color and accessories. I ended up refinishing my Kitchen cupboards, Den wall unit, 1/2 bath, kids bath, new lighting and gutting the master bathroom. Then they added all the finishing touches that I would never have been able to come up with. Marco has a great eye for the finished project. Only thing I would encourage is go in with a budget, and Marco will work within that number. We love our "new" home and our spa like master bathroom. Thanks Marco.

I have worked with a number of designers over many decades of decorating. From the harvest gold and dusty rose eras of the 70's and 80's to the beautifully diverse looks of today, I have seen and done it all. With this latest project I can't sing the praises of Marco and his team enough. Words alone can't express the feeling that I get as I walk through the doors of my home and enter this beautiful and serene place. I am constantly asked who my decorator is as people can instantly tell that I couldn't have put together either the main pieces or the amazing finishing touches that scream thoughtful beauty.

This year, we contracted Marco & the rest of his fabulous team at Remanente Design to complete design work for our condo lobby. This large empty space was dull and lacked any design and the Board had decided that because the residents had so many differing ideas surrounding the design that it would be best to bring Marco on board. Because this was a lobby, and not a personal space for single use, Marco had the complicated task of designing the first of four buildings within a condo project that had to be functional, inviting, durable, and modern while keeping with the strict condo budget. Marco was a professional in every sense. From the initial consultation he asked all the right questions and understood how to communicate with several people with differing ideas to get the task completed. He presented & followed through on a design plan that a lot of differing opinions seemed to come together and agree on, created a functional space that had flow, commissioned custom artwork to make the space unique, modernized the space with his use of lighting and colour, stayed on schedule and completed the project ahead of time, and he was able to do all that and still stay well under budget. Several residents commented to the Board on how beautiful the space has turned out, and have even asked for his contact so that he can bring his expertise into their personal units. The Board has also made a decision to use the first space to be a blueprint to how it will update and modernize the rest of the four condo lobbies - while continuing its partnership with Remanente Design in the future. It is highly recommended that if you are considering a designer, to call Remanente Design for a consultation - you will not be disappointed.

We hired Marco and Remanente Design to help us update some areas of our home by bringing in some contemporary elements and create a connection and flow with our already existing pieces and design. Marco and his team did a beautiful job and we are very happy with the results. They are very easy to work with and are pleasant, helpful and considerate of our concerns and questions. I would use Remanente Design again and would confidently recommend them for any decorating/design project.

I have been collaborating with Marco Remanente Designs for some time now. After moving into our new home, we were overwhelmed with the task of decorating. Marco was highly recommended by a friend and when we first met him, we instantly new he was the man for the job. While taking into consideration our existing furniture and preferences, he transformed our home into a beautiful place and we are thrilled with the results. From baby room to living room, we were constantly wowed by his work. He was very easy to work with and his vision and tastes were spot on. We now have a spectacular home that we love to entertain in! We are looking forward to having Marco and his team complete the remaining rooms in our home.

We found Marco to be a quality designer who met our requirements on every level. He and his team are extremely professional, well organized and full of enthusiasm. There are no words in the dictionary to describe what Marco has done for me. My tiny space, I now can call home. Before I met Marco and his assistant Sam, I have been going through a tough time but trying to make the right changes to move forward in my life. Having my space transformed has helped me in many ways; one, truly learning to appreciate on what I have and being grateful, and secondly, forced me to make my bed every morning....lol. The space I was living in before the transformation was not inviting, and I was truly ashamed of it. The bedroom, I just had a bed and a sheet covering the window and the sitting room, I had a hand-me down Ikea chair, an old tv, a couch, and bar stools. When I met Marco and Sam, they were so kind and non-judgmental; I have never worked with an interior designer before but I could see they were true professionals and instantly they made me feel at ease with the whole process. I had given them a modest budget, a challenge for most but they were very resourceful and very keen in completing the project. The final end product, it blew me away on how it all it came together. I feel both Marco and Sam understood on what I was looking for and that the space truly reflected who I was and where I was going. Thank you Marco and Sam. Marco and his team did a wonderful job decorating both my front foyer and main living room. Attention to detail was impeccable! He tailored the space to meet both my husband and my decor style, while keeping in mind we have 2 beautiful children enjoying the space as well. They chose fabrics that were both beautiful and practical for everyday living.
