Carolyn Friedman and Reiver were excellent in every way. Our project was for window treatments. Fine products, sound advice and timely installation, and first-rate customer service and follow-up. It was a pleasure to work with her and we'd gladly do it again.

I contracted with Reiver through Costco. Carolyn came out for an initial visit to explain the process (I had never purchased custom blinds) and offer a quote, which was turned out to be the least costly of those I received. After I decided to use their services, she came out again to measure and finalize my choices. The installer (very personable) came within 2 weeks, and Carolyn even stopped by when he was here installing. All appointments were on time and confirmed beforehand. The product is exactly what I ordered, and were installed correctly. Overall, it was a great experience!

I was extremely happy with the job that was done with my shutters. Carolyn Friedman was very helpful and professional with the way she treated me and in the timely way she got back to me. The installers were very skilled and very professional to deal with while putting the shutters in. I would greatly recommend this company to do a wonderful job for whoever is in need of plantation shutters

I called Reivers for an appointment and Carolyn promptly returned my call and scheduled an appointment within a few days. She came to my house with a full array of fabric and blind samples as we had previously discussed what I wanted. Her choices were right on, and she had some really new and innovative ideas. We budgeted out the job and the prices were fair and reasonable. The outcome was WOW! Everyone that comes into my house falls in love with what was done. And I thoroughly enjoyed working with Carolyn.

I hired Carolyn Friedman to help me redo my entire home---She helped me pick out the paint colors and the wallpapers --Also fabrics for chairs and Drapery --chandeliers--blinds and other things that were needed --I found her to be very easy to work with and very cooperative ---Nothing was too much trouble for her to do ---She wanted me to be completely satisfied and would bring me more samples until we found just the right one that went with the house --She was actually a joy to work with and the final result was absolutely beautiful ----I have received many compliments on the work that she did and would not hesitate to highly recommend her --Her work made my home exactly what I wanted it to be Sincerely Arlene Duffy
