Regency Construction Management provides first class, full service, lifecycle project management from conception to the ground up and beyond. Our highly skilled team of professionals include experts in excavation, concrete, framing, drywall, mill work, carpentry, all mediums of flooring and painting. We work exclusively with licensed electricians, plumbers, gas fitters and mechanical contractors.
Our Residential division works closely with architects, homeowners and designers to build custom homes and renovate or build additions to existing homes. Our Firm has extensive experience in the low to medium rise residential apartment building asset class, completing suite improvements for Property Management companies and owners as units are vacated. Regency Construction Management also works in partnership with investors to convert single family homes into legal income producing properties.
Regency Construction Management has been retained by a number of commercial clients to provide a wide range of construction services. Our commercial portfolio includes transforming empty warehouses into office spaces as well as renovating existing commercial and industrial properties.
Our latest project, completed in February 2016, is an infill development in the Annex area of Toronto that converted a commercial office space into 31 residential rental units.

1) We are a construction management company and provide budgets based on the information given to us at the onset of every project. We had provided you with a budget of 100k for your condo renovation as per the drawings provided to us.
2) The actual overages on this project were 30%. Anytime we encountered a line item that was not included in our original budget, we contacted you and your architect before proceeding. There was no work done without approval from you and/or Beauparlant Design
3) As you were out of the country for most of the project, we graciously paid all trades for labor and material. We had an agreement that all reimbursable expenses were to be looked after within 2 weeks.
4) As we neared completion there were 4 unpaid invoices amounting to over $36,000 that you refused to pay.
5) I am proud of the workmanship and stand by it 100%. I would love to come back and fix the small deficiencies as we do in all of our projects, but until your overdue balance is looked after - as per our original agreement - work has ceased.
