Regal Homes is the definition of excellence!! We used Jimmy and Peter for an extensive renovation of our home that was completed this past year. Their work is absolutely beautiful; they are extremely knowledgeable about the market, what sells, different trends, and perhaps, most importantly, the best way to get the most out of your money. From our own personal experiences along with those of friends and family, I can tell you their prices are incredibly fair, and much more competitive than most other contractors. They are also some of the nicest people, and could not have been more patient with us throughout the whole experience. They are dependable and reliable; when we encountered having to deal with a variance, we were lucky enough to have Jimmy whose expertise and familiarity with the town and it’s processes allowed us to proceed with ease and resolve the problem quickly - in an otherwise usually painstaking and time-consuming process. We trusted and respected everyone they worked with. We will be forever grateful to Jimmy, Peter, and the Regal team for giving us our gorgeous dream home! I purchased a house from Regal that was a complete redo and then had them add am extension to the family room. They met every deadline and were always available to talk and check on things. Their work is excellent and they are responsive after the purchase as well to make any repairs. Totally would recommend them.

My family and I recently moved in to a Regal Homes new construction home and could not be happier with our overall experience. Throughout the entire process, both Peter and Bobby were extremely accessible, diligent, and insightful. Every inch of the house was designed with attention to detail, from the beautiful molding in every room, to the practical open floor plan with natural light permeating through every window. After seeing the level of service and quality of craftsmanship Peter and Bobby offer, we asked them to take on the project of finishing our basement in a quick 4 weeks. Peter worked closely with us to make smart material choices that fit within our budget. Not only did they finish on time, but they exceeded our expectations by creating additional closet space and reconfiguring the heating to work more efficiently for us in the long run. The two biggest advantages to working with Regal Homes are quality construction and an incredibly hands-on experience from start to finish.
