The standard design deliverable is the building permit. The Builder who is expert in construction methodology, costing and efficiencies has no input to the design leading to misinformed and poor design decisions.
Refreshing Homes design deliverable is a building contract with your selected builder. The building permit is completed based on a value managed client brief; with documents reviewed and risk mitigated by the consultants in collaboration with your selected builder.
Our approach will balance the time, cost and quality of your project, reducing your risk in construction.
