Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Pacific Coast ReBath!
I had two bathrooms redone 12 years ago and I have had to submit three different warranty claims due to poor installation and poor quality.
Each time I need to make a warranty claim, I dread the months that are to come because I know how difficult it is to deal with Pacific Coast ReBath. Working with Pacific Coast ReBath is simply an awful experience.
I reached out to Pacific Coast ReBath this past February 2023 about a hole that appeared in our bathtub. They had me submit photos and assured me that would submit my claim to corporate for review. Weeks passed with no word. I called several times but was told we were still waiting on corporate to review.
After about a month, this past March, I decided to call the ReBath corporate office to inquire about my claim. Much to my surprise, my claim was never passed on from Pacific Coast ReBath to the corporate office. There was no record of me, my claim, or my photos. Corporate was helpful with submitting a warranty claim and promptly approved the warranty claim.
Unfortunately, after corporate approving the warranty claim, Pacific Coast ReBath has repeatedly failed to make a proactive effort to assist. After MONTHS of calls and begging for help, I finally had two technicians come out to look at the hole and take more photos- but not fix it.
Since this February, there have been FIVE different instances that ReBath has told me they would call me back to assist with my warranty claim, and no one has called. Just totally left in the dark, unable to use my bathtub. I'm now being told that their repair technician is taking a "3-month vacation" which puts my repair out to September or even later! That's 8 months that we'll be unable to use our bathtub. Seems a bit ridiculous, doesn't it?
