We could not be more satisfied and happy with our home thanks to Tri County Homes, Inc. We have been in it for about a year and are as happy with it as the day we moved in. We keep finding more and more examples of quality workmanship. We thoroughly enjoyed the building process! Rodger, Larry and The Crew were very easy to work with. They were always professional, reliable, trustworthy, polite, clean, not to mention skilled and talented at their craft. Their attention to detail and quality of work is excellent. Rodger is not only a builder, he is a designer; very talented at color and style selection. He was always one step ahead of us with any questions we may have had…..We asked and he had an answer or had already taken care of it. He and the guys had very good communication with us. They were also very timely, always finished when they anticipated or sooner. Tri County Homes exceeded our expectations of the total home building experience! We are happy to review and recommend Tri County Homes. Tri County Homes completed two separate projects for us within the last two years. The first, a three season room addition to our home. This addition quickly became both our favorite and the most used area of our home. The second, a guest room with bath and spa area. The addition was even more than we dreamed it could be!! Both projects were completed both within our time and budget restraints. Their professional guidance allowed us to have the new areas we wanted and at the same time, through their leadership, assisted us from making costly mistakes. We would highly recommend Tri County Homes to anyone needing construction work completed. Tri-county homes did some renovating for us. They installed hardwood flooring, moved electrical switches, and modified an entryway. the flooring installation required our sink to be disconnected and reconnected as well . They were wonderful to work with, especially considering that they are a busy company, often doing jobs much more extensive than ours, but they exceeded our expectations! They have planned a future addition for us and we are looking forward to working with them again.

My wife and I selected Tri County after interviewing numerous builders. All those we interviewed were satisfactory, but we felt that Tri County would go the extra mile for us. True to form, they did just that! From helping us select the positioning of the house on our 5 acre lot to going with us to pick out the sizes and frames for mirrors in each bathroom, Rodger and Larry truly guided us through the entire process. Their entire crew, and all of their subs, were hard-working and respectful to me and my entire family. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for planning, designing, and building our home. We hired Mr. Lovins and his company to build a home for us at Lake Cumberland. Since we live in another State, we had to completely rely on him and his crew to oversee and complete the project. They not only met, but far exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish, from the initial design to the final inspection, everything was done in a professional manner and to the highest standards possible. We have been in our place for two years now and we have had absolutely no problems at all. The neighbors all have commented on the beauty of the place as well as the excellent craftsmanship which is evident. I have recommended Rodger and his company to others and would hire them again without any hesitation. I wish all contractors worked and performed to the standards that they do. They truly made our dream home a reality. Many times Rodger would tell me that they build as if it were their own home being built and when you work with them and see the finished project, you know that is exactly how it was done.

My wife and I have built several custom homes in many areas in the U S such as Lake Forest IL, Palos IL., Palm Beach Fl. and Montana and in Bronston Ky where we now live in price ranges from $100,000 to well over $1,000,000. All these houses were of high quality but none of them exceeded the quality of the home that Tri County Homes built and you can expect a service level that we never experienced before. For instance, they don't bring you a brick and apiece of roofing material. They make an appointment with their customer and pick you up and show you as many built houses as necessary for you to make a decision on this first important step. Many of these houses will be houses that Tri County built allowing you to see so many brick and stone design that they are so famous for. This kind of service extends to all facets of the building process such as cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting and etc. They work on a cost plus basis so there is no such thing as not being competitive. they do give you a budget price which allows you to adjust up or down those selections chosen to be included in building the home. You also will not need an architect as Rodger Lovins handles that process and by the way there is no charge for that service saving you thousands of dollars once you are committed Am I satisfied? Rodger Lovins was very professional, promised what he said he would do, stuck to his quote and his work shows perfection - best of all, our water leak has been resolved. He was able to work in our "little project" several weeks after we met which gave us relief from worrying about further water damage. His workmanship is professional and top-notch. His crew also did a nice job of clean-up. We appreciate knowing someone in the Somerset area who can provide excellent workmanship.
