I've worked with DeLuccia Construction for 20+ years, and Rich DeLuccia's work has always remained consistently top quality. He pays close attention to detail, has excellent quality craftsmanship and works hard to make sure he complete his projects on time. His crew is very professional and Rich's personality makes the process of construction much less painful. Whether the job is large or small, Rich is always ready for the task!

This is the second time we have worked with DeLuccia Construction on a major renovation project. In our opinion, Rich DeLuccia, is the best contractor in the area. His attention to detail, exacting selection of subcontractors and understanding of client needs is beyond compare. If we were to undertake another renovation project or new build, we would use DeLuccia Construction again.

My wife and I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Rich and his team. He is extremely organized and was always available when needed. He delivered the job on time and on budget. Not an easy task based upon the size of our job. Now for he main course, three years after the house was built, we started having cedar shake shingles from the roof come loose. The problem had nothing to do with Rich and 100% roofers poor workmanship. Through Rich, we notified the roofer that we had this issue, unfortunately (Barcozzi roofing) the sub contractor wanted to blame everyone and would not "own up" that they applied the roof improperly, Rich spent endless hours over a three year period, creating a book 6 inches thick with all e-mails, plans, etc. He initially worked with the roofer, then insurance agents after roofer threatened to claim bankruptcy and ultimately he helped to achieve a roof replacement. His site manager (Vince) is tremendous besides being a talented craftsmen. All of his other subs that were utilized on the project did great jobs. My wife and I highly recommend Rich and his team to anyone who is considering building a home.

We did a kitchen expansion and remodel. We expanded current kitchen by ten feet, dug a basement and took down a load bearing wall. Rich was on time, on budget and did an amazing job. Every person he brought in was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Rich and his crew for any project.

Rich is by far one of the best contractors I have ever worked with! He is always responsive, on time and performs excellent quality work. I have and continue to highly recommend him.
