Rob came to our attention via several recommendations from trusted sources and we subsequently hired him to design the plans for our family home addition and renovation. Rob's extensive knowledge of our local council and experience was immediately apparent. His calm confidence and pragmatic approach gave us great peace of mind. He had a tremendous ability to listen to and interpret our ideas and wishes to make them into a really workable, realistic plan whilst optimising our land for its best use for our needs in the future. Rob completed all drawings in a timely manner and took all our ideas into consideration. He submitted the DA for us which was approved in no time at all. He has an excellent understanding of what can or can't be done and made recommendations so we wouldn't run into issues with the approval. He also organised/recommended the engineer and the other professionals we would need to start our renovation. He is also very reasonably priced. He was a pleasure to deal with.
