After our house received extensive damage from a fire in July 2008, my wife and I chose the local Lowe's for many of the replacement materials. Kitchen cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring and carpet, and most of the lighting fixtures. All of the associates at the Northport, Alabama store went out of their way to help during our time of need. Ricki Renick was most helpful in helping us design our kitchen and bathrooms, recommended and saved us money on the design and secured the cabinet contractor for installation. Ricki was helpful in the other areas in helping us refurnish the whole house.

As first time homebuyers/home builders, Ricki with Lowe's helped and guided us along each step. We worked hand in hand with her to assure we met our budget and our home was the way we wanted it. She was professional, knowledgable, and creative. We couldn't have done it without her. We would certainly work with her again in the future and would recommend her to others!

There’s no smoke here! She knows cabinets! Her knowledge was invaluable to us in our Kitchen remodel project. From the initial visit to the first meal cooked, this project has been fun journey! She made recommendations that were incorporated into our kitchen's final design that made the finished product better than we had hoped for.
