We worked with Bob Berry from threeB aAchitecture on a large waterfront new construction home in Annapolis. We replaced a small 70-year old cottage and had to work thru challenging restrictions in the critical area and requirements to stay within the previous footprint. Bob worked with us throughout the process on every detail and was able to design a beautiful, custom home that took advantage of the unique waterfront location and met all of our requirements while incorporating his personal touch and creativity. He always listened to our input and was flexible with updating the plans throughout the process in order to make sure every detail was perfect. Bob was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to design the perfect custom home.

Working with Bob (threeB) was the best way to start our kitchen renovation. He provided us with several options for design to achieve the results we were looking for, as well as worked with us to find the best contractor to take on the job. After consulting with multiple architects, we selected Bob to design our 7000 sq foot home in Arnold Maryland. 3B stood out for their extensive design process and transparent upfront billing schedule. Bob walked the property with us and listened carefully to our vision for the home. The site plan was almost perfect from the start. The floor plan and overall design then took off. Bob made himself readily available. Together we spent many evenings tweaking the plans and discussing how we plan on living in the home with our 4 children. Function was just as important as the beauty of the home. Now that we are living here, this really shows! We highly recommend Bob Berry and 3B Architecture. Bob is very easy to work with. He understood our ideas and was able to put these into a fantastic design. Bob also was able to work well with our builder who had many questions during construction. This made the entire process flow more easily.

We have done two rather large projects with Bob. Both times he exceeded our expectations. We live on the Chesapeake Bay and he was able to maintain the outline of the foundation while transforming the property into a home that is both more fitting to its location and our style. Bob was very easy to work with and listened to what we needed and wanted. We would certainly use him again.

It was a pleasure working with Robert Berry of Three B Architecture on a recent home that I constructed. Mr. Berry was hired by my client to design a waterfront home on a very challenging lot. What impressed me the most was how he was able to maximize the water views from almost every room in the house by designing elevated ceilings with large window openings and indoor spaces that opened to carefully planned outdoor living areas. After working so closely with Mr. Berry, it was apparent that he has a sharp eye for every detail of the building process, from structural elements to the finest finishing details.
