I hired Ravenwood to build out an additional 1,400 square feet by converting a crawl space into habitable living space. After interviewing over half a dozen contractors, I immediately felt at ease with Chris with his honest and open approach, and their experience with larger more complicated projects. The work was of the highest quality and Chris' response time was always very quick. As with any project, there were some unforeseen complications, but Ravenwood was always communicative and had great ideas and recommendations throughout the project while being mindful of budget and cost ramifications. Willis and Dylan did exceptional work throughout. Even more impressively - there was a small issue that came up about 1.5 years after the project completion, and Ravenwood was just as responsive as if this was an active project. I was very happy with how the issue was resolved and the fact that the communication standards and quality of work still remained true. If you are looking for a company that is honest, communicates well, has an eye for detail and quality, this is it. I am looking forward to working with Ravenwood on any future projects!

We needed more room, but loved our location, so we needed to make our house bigger. This was not a project for just any contractor, as it involved interfacing new construction with old, and making some serious structural changes. All of this would be occurring while people were living in the house. Ravenwood showed exceptional flexibility, and also did a great job of treating the location as someone's home, rather than a "job site". Their work is very high quality, and has been done very efficiently. Our neighbors have also commented on how "low impact" the project has been on them. A project like ours has a lot of moving parts, and obviously requires some extensive permitting and communication with the local government. In addition to their excellent construction skills and craftsmanship, Ravenwood also acted as effective advocates in dealing with the City when those concerns came up. Any project of this magnitude will be stressful, and will encounter the unexpected. I have absolutely no regrets about hiring Ravenwood, and have no hesitation about recommending them, or hiring them again for any future projects.

A new outdoor patio and roof over our BBQ area was the third project completed for us by Ravenwood. The first two included a partial kitchen renovation, complete laundry room remodel, and full house window replacements. All work completed entirely to our satisfaction and within budget. Chris and his crew do first class work, and add considerable value in terms of pragmatic ideas and solutions for both construction and design. We would highly recommend them for both interior and exterior design and construction.

I have worked with Ravenwood on several projects over the last 3 years. they do a beautiful job and have a professional work ethic and very competitive with the budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for minor projects to complete gut renovations!
