I love the two cowhide lamps from Western Decor on Houzz. One was a chestnut rawhide lamp shade and the other was a brown alternating plain hide and hair on shade. I have not seen these lamp shades anywhere else. Beautiful and so complimentary to my lodge look living room. It is fun to have something not commonly found in other people's living space. Western Decor and Houzz did some of the best customer service response both in time it took to get a response and the nature of the response. Made a definite customer for the future out of me.

I placed an order in August of 2017, and still have not received my order. I've emailed, I've called and no response from anyone. I also, feel I have been cheated.

I placed an order on September 19th, 2017. I have not received my order or any notifications regarding my order except my credit card was charged the full amount! I’ve tried calling, constantly receive voicemail, I’ve sent several emails but to to avail, I’ve texted Randee to no avail. I believe I’ve been cheated!!

While I have spent thousands of dollars on this site I am still waiting on 3 orders that I placed four weeks ago. I have called the only available number repeatedly. No one ever answers and the voice mail has not been activated. I have emailed multiple times without a response. I have posted a message on their Facebook page, again without a response. Customer service is terrible!!!
