Randall's Fine Blinds

Rndals fine Blinds came in 2022 and installed an outside patio sun screen we used to keep out some wind as well. in 2023 we found at a critical time that the motor didnt work so we had him come and take a look.He couldnt fix the problem so he took the motor off the blind and sent for a new one. That was in July, just after we experienced a severe rainstorm. Because his blind didny work, we had to move our guests further uynder the patio. Since then weve been without our n;ind and all we get from Randal are promises that he will get us a new motor. He never calls us:we always have tovall him and even then his promise to call us back are never true.
