Kyra Construction employs talented craftsmen, who are conscientious with good attention to detail. The quality of work and focus on customer satisfaction justified the cost. The office staff provides good support and communication as the project progresses. They are available and responsive. Generally, my call would be answered immediately, but if not I’d receive a call back within the hour. We have recommended Krya Construction to friends and will continue. We would be happy to work with them again.

There are 10 in our family and we remained living in the house throughout the remodel. Everyone was so professional and cleaned up every night before they left. When they were done the house was beautiful. We've since moved to Texas, but their work changed an average tract house into a gorgeous custom home and we were able to sell it for over $1 million. Other houses with our floor plan sold for high $600,000 to low $700,000. I really miss the awesome kitchen. Rami and his wife Liat are really nice people. Rami and his team went to work and in 5 weeks presented me with a beautiful and upgraded condo. Rami and Liat at KYRA Construction are awesome. You tell them what you want and this husband and wife team go with your ideas and make them even better. They both really have a great eye as to what looks good. Their work is very professional and they are very likable. We had a MAJOR renovation of our house including adding a master en-suite and landscaping front and back. Due to the extent of the property, weather and city inspections it took a good deal of time, but Rami was there for us every step of the way. They became like family, and we still keep in touch. They are priced a bit higher than some, but for what you get it’s well worth it. I would go with KYRA Construction again.

This review is based off of my correspondence and quote I received from Kyra Construction. After contacting KYRA, someone reached back out quickly to me to understand the scope of the project and made an appointment for the following week for Rami, the manager, to come out to see the property. Rami is very personable, extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye for design and layout. He was able to propose ideas we hadn't thought of and was able to quickly understand our goals and visions for our remodel. Ultimately, we decided to go with a more local contractor since my husband's free hours after work were very limited so we decided to choose a contractor that could come by quickly if needed. Rami had projects going on in Orange County as well so he is willing to travel, but in the end it was a personal preference for us to choose someone local. Rami has a great eye and knows so much about construction and design. He responded quickly to everything we asked of him and you can tell he has a real attention to detail.

We heard of Kyra construction from friends of ours, They highly recommended them and Rami, We decided to give Kyra Construction a chance, It c was the best thing we did, Rami was hands on all details he was with us throughout the complete project and made sure to guide us in the process of material choosing. We were looking to remodel our kitchen into an open floor plan.
