They sent me a chipped enamel bath and when I sent the picture they claimed they could tell from it the chip was an "installation damage" when the bath wasn't yet installed, I was there when the builders unwrapped it. Terrible customer service, took several emails back and forth to get that answer. There where other things in the order and everything came separate with not delivery updates, the bath showed up one day when I was home alone.

Terrible delivery service. Had a call to say mirror would be delivered at 6am, so asked them to leave it INSIDE our porch. It was left at 4.56am propped up OUTSIDE the porch wall in sight of the road. By the time I found it at 7am it had fallen over. I wish I'd taken notice of the many awful Google reviews and paid a few pounds more to buy from somewhere else

****WARNING****Please do not buy from this company. We paid over £200 for a bathroom mirror cabbinet and within 25 months the mirror just fell off the cabinet door, broke into many large shards of glass and caused significant damage in my bathroom. More to the point if someone would have been sitting on the toilet they would have been cut to pieces and most likely killed. Upon making a complaint and request for a refund I was fobbed off with the supplier saying its outside warranty with no recognition of the fact the cabinet is a breach of contract as it is clearly not fit for purpose as required by the Sale of Goods Act 2015. I will now be taking this matter to the consumer ombudsman and court of required.

Great prompt service The wet room tray is exactly what I was looking for and it comes with very clear installation instructions. I wasn't confident ordering from a company that's new to me, so when I phoned to make sure I'd got the dimensions right I was worried to get an answering machine. However the call back came almost immediately - very helpful and set my mind at rest.

A really easy transaction The suite was excellent quality and very good value for money. Communication was superb. The product was well packaged, all complete and delivered by a very considerate delivery company. A really easy transaction, very friendly and helpful with good knowledge on the products sold as we had many questions before we bought. We recommend using QS Supplies.
