I knew Staci and Todd for a few years prior to the creation of Pura Vida Homes & Design, Inc. I include this information because Staci and Todd know how picky/exacting I am. This fact didn't daunt them when agreeing to take on some light remodeling at our lake home. The work that was completed was as described - and the trades they employed were as good as I've seen (in a tough labor market around Lake LBJ). I would recommend Pura Vida for home construction and/or remodeling. Staci & Todd will not rest until the project is finished correctly. Don Smith

We loved working with Pura Vida! From our initial meeting to our final walk through they paid attention to every detail and ensured our expectations were met. Rarely was there a day when contractors weren't on site. They ensured that the quality of work was perfect every step of the way. They were very organized and communicated every detail. They reviewed the budget as necessary ensuring there were no surprises. Todd and Staci make a great team from project management to design expertise. They will make your dreams come true!

It didn’t matter what time of day it was they answered my calls and or text. We gave them a date we needed to be moved in and they went above and beyond to make that happen. There are always a lot of choices when it comes to choosing a professional to build a new home. Pura Vida Homes of Marble Falls was our choice after seeing the quality of work they achieve. Owners, Todd and Staci Langley, were so efficient and personable to work with. Their commitment to detailed craftsmanship was apparent from the start. Our questions were never ignored. They both were very helpful with suggestions that made our build even better. We would definitely recommend them for a quality custom home.

We went with Pura Vida because my husband has worked with them in the past. Also, we knew they were very detailed and organized during the build process. I truly appreciated Staci going to all of our selection meetings, which helped me not get overwhelmed with all the choices and staying within our budget. There are always hiccups in custom builds but they took care of keeping all the trades on track. We enjoyed our relationship with Todd and Staci during the whole process.

Staci and Todd did a wonderful job with our custom home. Very approachable, professional and on top of their game with scheduling subcontractors and acquiring those hard-to-get supplies in a timely manner. Our build never lagged due to delayed shipping dates or contractors’ overcommitted schedules, allowing us to move in sooner than expected. Communication was exceptional. We would recommend Pura Vida to anyone looking for the best builder in the Burnet/Marble Falls area.

We cannot begin to say how happy we have been with our experience with Pura Vida and working with Staci and Todd Langley. We have never felt forced or pressured into making decisions. We have always been encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy and remain within budget. They have put in extra time to ensure that we were satisfied with the service we were receiving. They have gone above and beyond by providing guidance, answering questions, and making the building process stress free and exciting. We believe it is a natural feeling to have some anxiety experiencing a build process, but they have always been transparent and remained open in communication which has limited that feeling of anxiety and replaced it with excitement! Staci and Todd have made themselves available all hours of the day & night to offer guidance, recommendations or direction which sets them apart from other home builders, they are a phone call away.
