Piotr is a great general contractor, but an even greater man. From the very beginning, he proved to be an invaluable member to our design and build team. Whether he was contributing ideas during the value engineering portion of the budget & design phase or giving input on the final details during construction, Piotr was honest, open and clearly always advocating for our best interest. Building our home was one of the most exciting (and scariest) adventures of our lives—it represented all of our personal hopes and dreams, as well as a lifetime of savings. During such a high stakes and personal time, Piotr dealt with our endless questions and worries in stride, bringing a calming, confident and experienced voice to the project every day. He and his crew, whatever the job, listened closely and focused on quality and ultimately built us our forever home---delivering us a quality and comfort beyond anything we could have imagined.

Progress Builders has completed several projects at our home, including basement, attic, bathrooms, bedroom and stairs renovations. These projects entailed foundation work, structural reinforcement, electric, heating, water, sewer, windows, doors and painting. The owner, Piotr Filipek, is kind, generous, inventive and readily available to answer questions and concerns. Their back office provides invoices that are clear and comprehensive. Wonderful to work with them.

I have used Progress Builders for years for every type of project: a basement renovation; window replacement; electronics installations; painting; restoration after broken pipe; etc. The workers are extremely reliable. The workers are very polite , arrive on time, and work diligently to get the project done. I strongly recommend Progress Builders for any project.

I have had the pleasure of working with Progress Builders for several years and at two properties. The projects have ranged from major renovations to simple replacement of kitchen sink. In all cases they are professional, neat, courteous and prompt. I would not hesitate to rehire Progress Builders or recommend their services.

I have been working with Progress Builders for almost 10 years. Their team has gutted and beautifully remodeled my kitchen, three bathrooms, laundry room and both my back and front porches. They've also painted almost every room in my house. My house is more than 100 years old, so you can imagine the nightmares they have encountered in their work. When this has happened, they have kept me fully informed as to what they needed to do to complete the job and how much it would cost. I also like that they have had the same team working together for the entire time I've contracted them. That says something about consistency and their dedication to their craft. When you hire Progress Builders, you can have complete confidence in their work and their ability to get the job completed ON TIME and ON BUDGET.

Progress Builders has completed two large projects for me, and I give them my highest recommendation for quality of work, integrity, and communication with the client. The first project was a total remodel of my home including a gut of a kitchen and bathroom and replacement of HVAC, plumbing and electrical. The second project involved quite a bit of exterior decorative carpentry, and the results are impressive. Piotr is very responsive to questions and concerns and offers suggestions on how to improve the architectural plan or reduce costs as needed. The budget was on plan, and all work was completed to my high expectations. His workers are dependable, polite, and they leave the worksite clean at the end of the work day. One of the best contractors that I've used. Cost is for total renovation and exterior carpentry. Project date reflects the completion of both projects.
