Patrick and his crew were here to replace some rotting railroad tie steps with Wall Block steps in August of 2022. They did an amazing job. The job was much harder and took much longer than expected, as the old steps were not as rotted as expected and more difficult to remove than imagined. Despite this, Patrick stuck with his bid, which I'm sure was lower than it should have been, had we all known how long the job would take. His crew carefully removed one step at a time so the new steps could be placed in the same place as the old, maintaining the curve of the stairway. When the height of some steps wasn't right, they raised or lowered a few steps as needed. The new steps look great. We are thrilled with the result. I would post a photo of the new steps here if I knew how. Patrick is a great guy. We loved him. He is smart, decent, honest. He's the type of person you want to do business with. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

We have worked with Prestige for a number of years and have always been please with a consistent level of professional and skilled service. The crew arrives on time and with a courteous and respectful attitude toward the home owner and the property (including the neighbors property). There is an artistry to their work and an attention to detail. There is years of knowledge about the items being trimed and their growing habits and conditions that guides their advice about how to preserve and protect your landscaping. Every crew we have had seems to really love the work they do and are excited that you are pleased with the beauty of the final project. Yes, I am a true believer.

Patrick and the entire team at Prestige Landscape are deserving of high praise for their professionalism, good communication, attention to detail, and flexibility. They installed an attractive, large paver patio and re-landscaped a steep grassy slope into a bouldered slope planted extensively with a native ground cover. They did careful work, were on time, and responsive to requests for minor adjustments/tweaks along the way. I chose Prestige because Patrick demonstrated knowledge and thoughtfulness during the bidding phase of the project.

We are extremely happy with the work Prestige did to completely redesign the landscaping in our relatively small backyard. Braiden, our project manager did a great job of communicating with us from the first time he came over to create a bid for our job all the way through its completion. Sean and the crew that were here everyday did great work and communicated really well with us throughout the process. I have pretty high expectations regarding how well crews clean everything up when they finish the job and the team I worked with exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend the to friends as well.

If you need a landscape project done perfectly and to industry standards these are your guys. My project included a brick sidewalk, an additional paver with river rock path, and plain river rock paths. Patrick responded to my request for and estimate with a site visit date, followed by a VERY complete and detailed estimate that included an approximate time to completion. They started the project when they said they would and finished in the estimated time frame. Everything was done perfectly to my original plan with very little additional input needed from me. The workers arrived on time, worked full days, and cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. The end result was exactly what I had imagined. I've been in Portland 12 years and found very few contractors operating with this level of professionalism. These guys showed me there are still good contractors out there.

Prestige updated our back yard with a patio and artificial turf, and also helped solve some drainage problems. They did a fantastic job - Patrick and his team were friendly, responsive, on-time, respectful towards the rest of the yard, and offered expert suggestions on the best way to handle the details. I plan to hire them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
