Stay away if you want a company that will apologize for their mistakes and put the customer first. Horrible customer service when they messed up our chandelier. They try blaming it on our electrician when they sent the wrong size candlesticks and half of the electrical connectors were also the wrong size. If they make it better I will update this review. They refused to ship the correct candlesticks until we shipped back the incorrect ones. They have had them for a week tomorrow and still have not shipped us the correct ones.

I can't exclaim enough about the beauty of the 22 blown glass bulb chandelier Gill designed and shipped to me. In spite of shipping mistakes, none of which were Gill's fault, we finally have it hung. It's jaw dropping gorgeous and is the focal point of our beach house.

Ordered a hanging-glass-ball fixture. Overall we love it! That said, we did have a couple hiccups and thought that sharing them may help others to plan their purchases a bit better. Our light arrived in great shape. It was relatively simple to install and looked fantastic. While the balls lit up beautifully, it didn't cast very much light over the table (14 balls with 1.5w LEDs). This was not a defect - I simply wasn't aware of how little light it would shed. I contacted Premiere to understand our options and was surprised to hear that the light could not be returned. (It was not customized - it was ordered from their website). This was my only true complaint and the reason for a 4 star rather than 5 star review. I just wish that this had been highlighted at the time of purchase. We shipped the light to Premiere and they were able to upgrade the electrical to support halogen bulbs instead (for a charge). I re-installed the light yesterday and it's perfect. Overall I would recommend this light and Premiere. Just be aware about the limited light thrown by the LED's and about the no-return policy.

I found premier luminaire just doing a google search and found exactly what I was looking for with the glass bubble chandelier. It was a shot in the dark because their weren't a lot of reviews on it but I trusted my guy and I am so glad I did! My chandelier is absolutely beautiful. Every single person who walks into my home gasps and praises the chandelier. Gill is easy to reach when you have a question and is very helpful a In designing what you want. :)

This company is top notch in every way. I ordered the chandelier with the help of the lighting team online who guided me through size, color and style. Pretty scarey when you have not seen the producut in person, and honestly pictures do not do justice. Great communication, on time arrival of product, and explicit directions as to how to assemble. Very impressed, wish there was more of this kind of service and product around. This piece displays everything I wanted in our entry.

I was having a difficult time finding an appropriate and interesting chandelier over a dining table that had a vaulted ceiling as well as a 45 degree slope. I searched far and wide, and the fixtures either didn't come in the required length, or they were very un-inspiring...basically a long, long cord & chain with a fixture at the bottom. I then came across Premiere Luminaire and their stunning 26 globe chandeliers and ordered one that was custom made for the space. The globes are delicate and unique, and the cascading light fills the dark void of the vaulted ceiling and provides a light and airy bundle of light over the table. Gill worked hard to push my order through on a tight timeline and all was installed in time for my clients' arrival, and they are as thrilled with it as I am. A unique, custom work of art!!!
