Peter Mondlock took his many years of construction experience and opened Mondlock Construction in Glenview, IL. Peter is also the owner of Paint It The Truth, a sister company, allowing clients to experience the convenience of a one-stop shop experience. Our mission is to fulfill the home remodeling needs of our customers and in doing so exceed their expectations for service, quality and value. We will strive to earn our customers' long-term loyalty by working to deliver more than promised, being honest and fair and "going the extra mile" to provide exceptional personalized service that creates a pleasing business experience.

Mondlock Construction has done many projects for me but the most extensive one was a full kitchen remodel and custom wall of bookshelves in my vintage co-op apartment. The rehab was done In a way that met the vintage aesthetic. The quality of work is top notch.

Pete & Crew did a complete demo and kitchen remodel. They were very professional and easy to work with. Crew showed up EVERY day ready to work and get the 10-week project done on time. Pete made sure the job was done to perfection, fixing unforeseen issues during the demo phase. VERY HAPPY with the overall process.

Pete and his team did a phenomenal job with our home, working with our architect , getting creative while we moved forward, his guys were super respectful of our space (we lived through the project), took care of the details like it was their own home. We love our new renovation!
