Originally, our project was just to renovate our kitchen, sell and move. However, one of the consultants from Powerpillar visited with loads of ideas and suggestions that other contractors didn't let us know. The £60 site visit was worth it as we did not know where to start. From kitchen renovation to 2 storey house extension. We went beyond our budget but it was worth it. From the consultation to architectural drawings, structural report and dealing with the council. Their professionalism gave us the comfort of working with them. During the demolition, we uncovered extensive issues such as rotting floors, water damage, and electrical problems, significantly expanding the scope of the project. Ultimately, we had to perform a full gut from our laundry room through the kitchen and dining area. Best area of working with these guys is their friendly and open communication. The project manager, Emmanuel has multiple experiences not only in construction but in engineering and life in general. We are very pleased with the finished project and staying forever in this house. We really recommend working with Powerpillar Ltd.

With the brilliant idea from Emmanuel even after our architectural drawings. He made things simple just walking from the front door. Amazing job. We bought our first home 3 bed house and we had extra cash for renovations. We invited Powerpillar for a quote. The visit was amazing with lots of ideas. With there advise, they helped us organise architectural designs, structural engineer and process all the required permits. Within our budget and time to move away from out from our rented home before Christmas. Powerpillar team did a full house renovation consisting of rap around extension, loft and garage conversion. New kitchen, boiler full decorations. On our every visit to the site, there's always a happy surprise of how quick things were moving. Very great service... Unfortunately, we didn't use Powerpillar because my husband got employment in Canada and we had to sell our home and move. With the ideas, designs and schedule of project, we were about a month to start the project before we got the news that we will be moving. I believe as we shared with the new owner of our home the ideas, the quote and designs we got from Powerpillar, they will like to work with them. Really recommended..

We needed a renovation of Master Bath & full kitchen that includes walls removal and extension. After contacting Powerpillar, they designed a beautiful rendering for us. It was both, very functional as well as within our budget. Steve kept all of us on notice to all construction and inspections when needed. After interviewing many contractors and companies for over a year, we picked these guys. POWERPILLAR did the most amazing job on our house extension and loft conversion . They helped us save money every chance they got without skimping on quality. With all the complexities of the architectural designs, structural reports, council permits, electricians, plumbing, etc. - we needed one team to handle it all and make sure it all tied together. White glove service. The decision was impeccable I can't speak high enough. Emmanuel was our PM and if I was having a wedding - he's be invited. Heck - I'd have him plan, design and execute it. Felt like someone really had our backs and was making sure we were doing the right things with all vendors and purchases. He helped pick out everything from the fixtures to the art on the wall. The most reliable people I have ever come across. I had made a down payment for our home renovation before leaving the town. When we came back home all the work was done exactly as we wanted though videos was shared in the process. I suddenly got informed that I had to move to another country because of my job. Worked with Powerpillar previously and with my experience with them, I requested if they will manage my fully furnished home. They asked to give them one month to get a reliable and responsible person for the home. Within 2 weeks, they contacted me that found someone on agreed price. I’m really happy as the rent is coming in and my home is intact. One smart choice is that Powerpillar is a construction company. Always available and reliable Dealt with Powerpillar.... They are always available and with immediate response when called back for minor things. The team renovated our our newly bought home. Ready and started in few weeks after viewing the job and sending their price. The price was perfectly with our budget and there was no surprises as we were expecting. How we were updated every now and then with pictures and WhatsApp message was really amazing since were not living London during the work. Not very complex project for them. While still in the lock down during covid19 and everybody was working from home. We have been thinking of refurbishing and redesigning of our office space. After getting various quotes, we decided to go with Powerpillar Ltd. Excellent ideas and experience. Expert in what they do from the beginning. The job was finished on time and within budget. Recommended! Recommended!! Recommended!!! We were left in ruins and construction site with 2 little children from a former scam called builder. Powerpillar was one of them that quoted for the job earlier but because of our budget and mostly of their availability, we weren't able to go with them. We got back to them and explained what had happened. They were happy to continue the job seeing the condition of of our home. The director and management are kind and friendly. They also offered to pick our kids from school and watch them while we were at work, since we ran out of holiday times and no more working from home. To keep up with our cost John and his team got the loft ready for us to move in and live temporarily from Airbnb. The job was quick as we didn't believe it when they said how long it will take. Other builders were saying double the times but these guys have huge team. Start work early till late. Worked also on weekends. Thank you very much team. Highly recommended.

We worked with Powerpillar (Nathan) on our home renovation. We added 700 sq ft and basically changed the entire layout of the original floorplan. Throughout all of this, Nathan and Emmanuel was able to help us make crucial decisions by explaining the pros and cons of many of our options. They built very high expectations during the process. Even though there was many issues caused by Covid, the team did a fantastic job on our house. The attention to detail taken by the team is unmatched. They were willing to work with us on new ideas that we had randomly researched. As with any massive construction project, there are always unexpected costs and complications but Powerpillar made it easy to adjust the final plans. My #1 highlight is the service we received, from first steps of design and shopping all the way to cleaning the entire house in the end , you can easily see that Powerpillar teams been doing it for very long time. Benny and his team are very honest and professional and from my perspective ; they are excellent listeners and value my opinions. I truly appreciate their work ethic and I would hire them again in a heart beat. My project was major and took about 4 months but it was worth every bit of it and we were RIGHT ON SCHEDULE !

They fully refurbished our house, and this work included carpentry, new boiler and radiators, doorframes and skirting, as well as installing a new kitchen and bathroom. We are very happy with there process. Quoted for our first house renovation and with next month availability, we agreed and handed them the spare keys. Unbelievably, we visited on the weekend after the start of the job, so much was done already. 4 weeks was like 4 days because they have got the right people. Highly recommended.

This was my first time using Powerpillar Builders and after considering three other contractors, Eric was very professional and responded to all of my many many calls regarding our complete home renovation job. The got us the permit which was very difficult for us. They started on the job when we agreed. The team was very professional, very clean and finished on time. David was at our house each day, made sure that all the daily tasks were finished in a timely manner and made sure that all the craftsmanship meets or even surpassed our expectations. David proved to us how professional contractor he is, friendly and great manager. He managed our renovation project that included the kitchen, living room and the hallway at our house. He made many recommendations such as the materials, finishes etc. During the renovation, we were living at the house while the working crew made sure to respect our privacy and to do a great job while sealing and separating the working area from the living space. My bathroom was beautifully designed and refurbished by Powerpillar. Professional service. I have to give 4 stars because I was forced to pay extra because I changed my over the tiles.

I didn't believe when he said '' I will surprise you with a beautiful bathroom. Emmanuel sent me a virtual 3D design of my bathroom. We did few changes and agreed on the quote lalaa. I got fresh and new bathroom 10 in days. They had my spare keys and before they arrive, I've left for work when I come back, there is a temporary toilet for me to use at night. Thank you guys. My sister and her husband will be renovating there house soon. I am highly recommending you. Keep up the good work!!!

Family has grown and fortunately we bought a house that has permissions for garage and loft conversion but we acquired one for an extension. Got disappointed by first and second builders. Maybe because we were looking for the cheapest but not the quality. The house was built in the 1930's everything had to go. From the roof to the kitchen Powerpillar was one of the companies we contacted but their quote was above our budget. After the failures and nightmares with former builders, we were forced to ask Powerpillar if they want to take over the project. They seemed to understand the project the best. The project manager, Andy was easy to work with, had great communication. This crew were very hard working, clean and respectful. The project took as long as expected and it was all executed professionally. We are very happy with the work. We would recommend them to family and friends.

We had our house extended, loft and garage converted by Powerpillar team. Working closely and understanding our needs and they did a great job. Daniel site and project manager and Nina in the office were all fantastic to work with. Super responsive and friendly. And most of all honest. They quoted the job and were very thorough in including all of our wishes and capturing the scope of the job accurately, and then set a fair price. They were totally transparent throughout. I also liked how they set up a WhatsApp chat at the beginning and we could send them a note and get a response quickly during the project. We worked with Powerpillar for our house extension, which included moving the kitchen to a different location in the house, transforming the existing kitchen into a dining room and closets, and relocating the laundry. Allen, the designer we worked with, was great and really helped me with some things that I was on the fence about. He also made the most amazing renderings, which helped us visualise everything so much better. Overall, we had a really positive experience, everyone was great to work with and they were really fast problem solvers. We also had a couple of issues arise and they were here within a few minutes fixing it, even on a Sunday and evenings.

We moved in to London last year and had searched for a reliable trustworthy construction company for the renovation of our kitchen and bathroom. A company that will handle the project from start to finish, so we wouldn’t have to deal with the planning, designing and buying of the bathroom materials. Especially since we just moved and I don't know where to start or who to talk to. I googled and Trustatrader came up with Powerpillar Ltd. I contacted them and booked appointment. Emmanuel visited and help me virtually design the kitchen and bathroom. With that very beautiful ideas, they quoted and we accepted. They rebuilt the walls, supplied and fitted the kitchen and bathroom as exactly the way I wanted it to look. It looked exactly like the 3D design they had made for us. Powerpillar delivered the project from the 1st detail to the last. They even had a cleaning crew coming to clean once the project was completed. My new bathroom is AMAZING!! The process went smooth, I thought it will take forever with the covid rules but no, they finished it in the timeline they provided for us. I absolutely recommend these guys for any home remodelling and renovation.

Powerpillar did job on our huge home remodel. We added a loft and an extension to our small 2 bedroom house, nearly doubling it in size. We also moved a kitchen and living room wall and completely gutted our very old kitchen. We basically rebuilt the entire home, while doing our best retain and restore the character of our old home. We had tried to start this process over a few years, running into snags and unethical contractors along the way, and are so happy that we landed in the capable hands of this team. At every step along the way, we felt honestly communicated with and cared for on a personal level. In addition to this, all of the subcontractors they worked with were top notch as well as courteous and considerate of our neighbours. Not only did they do a remarkable job and make our house the talk of the neighbourhood, they went above and beyond to really be sure we were always 100% happy with all of the work being done. Even with the pandemic hitting right in the middle of our project, they managed to finish within our original timeline as promised. I would without a doubt recommend them for any project you have, large or small.

We had a great experience with Powerpillar LTD. We needed our entire kitchen remolded and updated. First, we had our consultation, which was scheduled within a week of contacting the company. The design consultant came to our house to discuss what we had envisioned and how to make it work within our budget.
