We are a husband and wife team with over 36 years of combined experience in the construction industry. We are also property investors with a portfolio in Stoke-on-Trent. Our aim is to collaborate with fellow investors and offer our services in deal sourcing, design, construction and project management. Alexandra was born in sunny Athens and moved to the UK in 2005 to pursue her passion for Architecture. She graduated from the University of Liverpool with a first-class degree in 2012. As an Architect and Interior Designer, Alexandra has worked on residential master planning projects, social housing, high-end private residences, and commercial design projects. Her skill set lies in finding creative solutions, building professional relationships and putting systems and processes in place to ensure the business runs smoothly. In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys reading, cooking and listening to podcasts. Richard is originally from Stoke-on-Trent but has lived in the southeast of England for the past few years where he developed his career. Richard is a Heating Engineer with over 17 years’ experience in project management and construction, specialising in the installation of mechanical and heating systems. Richard is practical, realistic and has a keen eye for detail, he will often be aware of things that others will not notice and takes great pride in his work. In his spare time, Richard enjoys the great outdoors, especially off-roading and jet skiing.
