Posh House

Very disappointed! I was looking for 2 vanities for my bathroom renovations. I chose 2 from Posh House because the website said the vanities would ship within 3 days and my contractors were almost ready for them. I spent more than I needed to on the vanities. I could have gone to Home Depot, but they were what I wanted. The first vanity came within 10 days, but it was for the second bathroom which my contractor hadn't begun work on. Then the trouble started. I had to call almost every day for 3 weeks to before I got a straight answer on when my second vanity would be shipped. It was extremely frustrating! When you call, you get a personal experience, but that experience goes no where. I received different answers on the delivery of my vanity. They clearly knew me because I called so much, but that didn't seem to help them ship my vanity any faster. Finally my order arrived, but my contractor had to work around the delivery date. Do I recommend them? No. There are other companies out there that sell the same items. Shop there.

VERY BAD experience with this seller. Don't buy from them. My order has been "shipping" for almost a month. Every response to my inquiries was "just wait, it will clear the customs soon", not helpful at all. Will have to cancel my order.

Same experience as the other reviewer - I ordered through Houzz, but the seller was "Posh House" - still waiting for my vanity to arrive - at this point, I just hope I get it. they did offer me a discount, but every week they say it's shipping, but it never does

Worst experience EVER! "Posh House" was supposed to have my sink delivered between Jan 4 - Jan 10, 2017. I emailed them several times as my package still had NOT shipped on Jan 10, which was the last day that it should be been delivered. The tracking number was not active until Jan 12!!!! To make matter worse they shipped it direct signature required. My sink has still not arrived and will be stuck with UPS for the entire weekend. This item is for a remodel and they were aware of the time sensitive nature of my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOREVER FOR YOUR ITEMS TO ARRIVE. Their customer service is nonexistent and they do not care to process orders in a timely manor.
