After originally meeting Eva at an industry event, I was fortunate enough to learn more about her fantastic business and exceptional skills as a designer when she come to consult on our apocalyptically terrible garden. The vastness of her knowledge is undeniable. Eva can instantaneously discuss aesthetic direction and viability of plant species in a single conversation. She arrived to our property prepared with aerial imagery for large scale considerations and layouts, and seamlessly integrated our future landscaping needs into our design. Since being connected with Eva, I have continued to be impressed with her involvement in her local business and residential community. I have never known someone to be so engaged and driven to work with others in their local region and support others along the way. She is fantastic to work with, and inspiring to know. We were delighted to work on one of Eva Porters designs at Mt Mee. As the Landscape Company that had the job of turning the design into reality, we were impressed with the amount of detail and accuracy of the plans when it came to construction. I recently contacted Eva to design a concept for my large backyard. I had absolutely no idea where to start apart from a few ideas about the type of things I’d like to see. During the initial consultation, Eva asked insightful questions and then drew the concept plans for my review. It is an understatement to say that I was blown away by how what I imagined was transformed into reality on the plan. The layout and plant choices will be perfect for my garden and all the inclusions were thoughtfully planned. Eva’s concept plan exceeded my expectations!

We were looking for a landscape architect to design a garden for our dream home. We wanted the indoors to spill seamlessly into garden rooms, and to have a unique garden entrance. Eva was wonderful - she was patient, listened our ideas, and considered our like and dislikes of the plant world. The result is an absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed garden, one which complements the style of our house, while also being suitable for our climate and lifestyle. Eva incorporated the elements we desired and advised us on dozens of other plants and features to include. Her plans were comprehensive, with an extraordinary attention to detail. They most professionally presented, and were completed well ahead of schedule We have no hesitation in recommending Eva to anyone keen to use a landscape architect.

Eva Porter completed an entire garden plan for our residential property on the Gold Coast. We were seeking not just a landscaper but a professional with a good eye for design and unique planting. Eva certainly filled this criteria and has completely impressed us with her creativity and careful thought into appropriate planting. She has included our design ideas and suggestions discussed on her site visit and added many more of her own, providing us with an exciting task ahead to see our garden come to life. Our garden design was not only beautifully presented but included many plants in pots for our paved areas and furniture suggestions and placement for outdoor entertaining. Our ‘children’s garden’ is unique and colourful and our pool area will be lush, coastal and a place to rest and relax. Eva has exceeded our expectations and her service is worth every cent for a long term beautiful garden.

I worked with Eva on a small volunteer job at the Bunyaville Environmental Education Center where we were asked to design a landscape that catered to the needs of the students who attended the center. Throughout the entire process, Eva was very professional, open and easy to work with. As a Landscape Architect, I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a truly personal experience when designing a landscape.
