Polar Spas

To call this a professional organization would be a farce. Chris Shaw has shown a lack of business etiquette and extremely poor customer service skills. Right from start to finish on a very simple yet expensive order, I was constantly chasing Polar Spas to get the correct parts for my tub. Never once did I question the pricing, just wanted the right goods. As soon as this went poorly, Chris was very quick to point out it was just simply my problem and I had to deal with it even though THEY selected the products. Well of course - you already had my money!! Never again! It certainly shows the lack of character when all of the customer service stops once the cash is transferred over. Sad to see in this day. I hope the word spreads quickly.
