Planchers Bellefeuille

Very disappointed despite their beautiful wood products. Bad experience, bad communication and 0 after service with Chris, my salesperson. Not recommended at all. Ordered 3 custom doors October 2021, they only started production on February 2022, and finally got my doors in May 2022. He has been ignoring my emails, calls, or text messages even though we paid the deposit once the order was placed. I work in the design industry and can totally understand delays of material due to pandemic. I have high respect to my suppliers, and communication is a must. I did not feel the same way with Chris, and I had to make so many outbound calls and emails, and always get ignored. On top of that, he does not keep up to his words. Promised me a delivery day, and I schedule my guys to be on-site to receive the doors, reserve the elevators. I called the company (because he ignored my calls and messages) one day in advance to make sure the delivery is going to happen, only to find out that the doors are NOT EVEN DONE. Finally when the doors are received, we found out that the tracks, handles and pulls are not installed, in which Chris has promised that they will install in the workshop and I even provided all the hardwares to them. They just left the doors UNFINISHED like that and charge the full remaining $balance. My contractor has to spend an extra WEEK to try miter cut the pocket door track and door pulls. I emailed Chris regarding this issue with respect and 0 response, total silence like usual. - Very disappointed service. For what I’ve been through, I will not recommend this company to my peers despite their very nice woodwork and products.

The service we received from Planchers Bellefeuille was fantastic. The products were of the highest quality and look spectacular in our home. Everyone at Planchers Bellefeuille was so accommodating and helpful - we felt like the success of our home renovation was just as important to them as it was to us. It's the first project we undertake like this, and they made it easy and enjoyable for us.

Great job from start to finish. Took the time to really review all the different parts of the job, and make sure every detail was handled.

My fiancé and I just bought our first home in Kirkland and took out all the parquet and laid down almost 1,500 sq ft of beautiful hardwood floors! We are extremely overwhelmed with the product we have purchased fro Sefi and the team and Planchers Bellefeuille. He even went the extra mile and dropped off some material for the job at our house on the way home from work one day. 5 star product and service across the board. House looks great! We are very happy that we made the investment, definitely a smart choice. Big smile on our faces whenever we walk into the house. Highly recommend Planchers Bellefeuille to anyone thinking of a flooring project!

They are extremely knowledgeable on all flooring commercial and residential. They strive to provide the best service possible. All delivery dates are respected. A true pleasure to deal with.
