My husband and I are in the home stretch of building our dream home, and we used Pioneer for all of our lighting. Choosing lights for your house can be overwhelming, but Valerie at Pioneer helped us walk through the process with ease. She listened to our ideas and thoughts about style, then visited our home build to measure rooms and count exactly how many lights we would need. She did a phenomenal job coming up with lights we loved. She worked around our schedule to meet with us in the showroom to discuss selections. She was in constant communication with us. Pioneer's pricing was competitive with other places - even online discount sites. When the lights were delivered it was like Christmas! They are so beautiful! Valerie went above and beyond our expectations in customer service. I was worried we wouldn't be able to afford a professional lighting place to provide our lights, but they were affordable and helped me keep my sanity. It was a win-win!
