Phase One Landscapes

I did a lot of searching before landing on these guys. The team that did the work for me was lead by Venancio. Great guy and a great team. These guys didn't just follow the plan but when there were details that weren't in the plan, they just moved forward and made it look great. I barely needed to talk to them. On occasion I given choices along with recommendations. A great relief to have that kind of professional service. They did a great job cleaning up too. Everything looks great.

These guys are the REAL DEAL. Professionals through and through. I found them through a review and from the initial phone call I knew they were the ones. We worked with Rick as our Landscape Architect and Jose and Carlos ran the job. Rick was extremely responsive and helpful through the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the job they did removing a mountain of dirt along with an old, unusable yard and installing a new beautiful retaining wall, sprinkler system and lawn. What a transformation! They got the job done quickly but with tremendous skill. We were in awe watching them work diligently from 7:30am-6:30pm every day even in the oppressive cold and rain. Highly recommend!

We've been with Phase One for many years through a couple of big landscaping/patio projects and for ongoing yard care. I'll comment here on the projects: Dave captured our aesthetic, brought great ideas to the table and created the team to bring the vision forward. Phase One turned our side yard into a beautiful, private courtyard and our rooftop deck into a second sheltered oasis. The carpenters/builders with whom he works are expert, professional (and very nice).

We hired Phase One for a total patio redo. It is magnificent. We wanted a covered patio and ended up with an outdoor living room that exceeded our expectations. Brendan was a great architect to work with and their labor worked hard everyday. Came in on budget and on time! I would hire them again!

Phase One Landscapes did a great job on one of my build projects. The design was very thoughtful and creative. The construction team was very professional. I especially liked how they solved problems quickly with little interruption to my building project. I highly recommend Phase One Landscapes for your project.

We hired Phase One to do a complete backyard makeover. Scott Kleski was the landscape architect that we worked with and I recommend him highly. He incorporated what we wanted into an award winning transformation. Our project actually won an award that year. Phase One transformed a dull flat grassed area into a cozy multi leveled outdoor spaced with water feature, fire pit and expertly done flagstone retaining walls and flagstone patio area. All phases of the work done was timely and professionally accomplished. I would highly recommend Phase One for any landscape project. They have the manpower and the expertise to get the job done.

We love Phase One Landscapes! Our yard was a disaster! Phase One created a sanctuary for us, so much so that our favorite "room" of the house is our back yard. The work was extensive, including an expansive brick patio, a new sprinkler and drip system, island barbecue with custom flagstone counter top, a separate fire pit, a water feature, and concrete work on our sidewalk and driveway. We met with their landscape architect, who detailed exactly what would be done and how much it would cost. The work was done on schedule, on budget, and perfectly executed! My wife and I have recommended them to friends and clients, and they have been very pleased, as well. We like them so much that we have hired them for the past several years to do our yard maintenance. We highly recommend them without hesitation or reservation!

Phase One Landscapes is a fantastic company. I hired them to design and renovate my yard. Their designs were beautiful and they worked with the budget that we presented. The built us a firepit, an outdoor kitchen, laid stone and pavers in place of our broken concrete patio spaces, built us retaining walls, replaced a wood fence and built some wrought iron fencing, laid a tongue and groove wood ceiling on our covered patio, and relandscaped the entire property. Throughout the process, they were attentive to all of our requests, their crew was extremely professional and clean, they met with us weekly to communicate progress, get our input on decisions or answer our questions. They delivered the job exactly to our specifications and on time. I could not have asked for a better renovation experience! If you are looking to do work in your yard, you can't go wrong with Phase One!!

We hired Phase One Landscape last year for an outdoor project that included a new patio, firepit and landscaping. We are thrilled with the results! Over the years we have done extensive remodel projects indoors and out, and Phase One has proven to be among the best we have ever used. We were so impressed by their work and professionalism during design and construction that we elected to change maintenance companies and hired Phase One to do our landscape maintenance this year. Once again, they have not disappointed, our yard has never looked better. It is so nice to have a company that is proactive when it comes to maintenance. They don't just show up mow, trim and blow and leave 20 minutes later like our other comapanies. They idenitfy problem areas and take action without me having to point it out! We are very pleased with all aspects of this company especially all of the employees!!
