We purchased a home built by Peruto Bayfront Homes & Peruto Development last year. We also have had additional hardscaping done this past year. The level of detail and craftsmanship is superb. They use high end finishes and attention to detail in all the tile work and flooring is outstanding. They were always there to answer and questions and were willing to work with us when we had changes to make. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to build a home or even have a smaller project. In today's market it is hard to find contractors that get back to you and really listen to your needs.

We chose Peruto Development for our master bathroom renovation and it turned out fantastic. Chas and his crew were always very professional, meticulous and creative in their approach to our project. In fact, we're planning on using Peruto Development for our upcoming kitchen renovation. I highly recommend them for any renovation or construction needs.
