Perth Staging exceeded all our high expectations. Luiza inspected the property first and understood exactly the style it required to match the character of the house. The real estate agent and photographer were blown away with how much the staging improved the feel of the place. We noticed many small touches that match with the house and the way it flows. For example loved the side tables in one of the bedrooms with a brown/copper look top which matched with the brown aluminium trim of the wardrobe. It transformed what looked to be an unappealing wardrobe trim into an attractive look. The house had over fifty groups come through on the first home open with numerous offers coming in that exceeded our expectations. We have no doubt that the added value of the staging was a large contributor. We intend to use Perth Staging’s interior design and decoration service in our new house.

Everything was so easy! Perth Staging looked after everything for me whilst I was interstate and selling my property in Perth. It was all arranged within a few days of my first call! My 3 x 2 property was professionally staged for the first home open which was all I needed. I could not fault the service we received from the staff of Perth Staging and in particular from Luiza. Her eye for styling was fantastic and she was able to make the house look fresh and very liveable. The cost of the styling was worth every cent and certainly contributed us achieving a far better sale price than we were hoping for. Receiving three offers after one home open highlights how well the house was presented for prospective buyers. I couldn’t recommend Luiza and her team strongly enough.

Luiza helped to stage our small unit for putting on the market. She made amazing use of the difficult spaces and was extremely dedicated in making sure the place looked incredible prior to the photos were taken. We were given Luiza's number by a friend when we were putting our house on the market to sell. Luiza responded quickly to my messages, she was flexible with the time frame and came through to view our home. She reviewed our existing furniture/layout made some fabulous suggestions regarding what we could do to increase the aesthetic appeal of our home. She provided a room by room recommendation of possible items to enhance our interior without spending a huge amount of money. Our home presented really well, we had 23 groups through at the first home open and it sold within one week. It was absolutely worthwhile as Luiza helped us to achieve the look we wanted, which was clearly appealing to buyers and the photos looked amazing! We would highly recommend Perth Staging!

Luiza and her team were amazing! I can not speak highly enough of this talented lady. My husband and I had a rental property we had renovated and wanted to sell. Rather than sell an empty home I wanted to create some wow factor and have it styled. I sourced a few quotes. When Luiza from Perth Staging visited the property she was very mindful of the character of the home and how to style it accordingly (other companies took a cookie cutter modern styling approach). I hired Luiza for the job. After she styled the property I wanted to move in! Luiza had achieved the wow factor in every room! The first weekend on the market we had two offers, achieved our asking price and sold the property! I don't think this would have happened without Luiza. She helped sell a lifestyle.
