Penny was introduced to me via a business networking connection. Having had the opportunity to hear many positive comments and glowing recommendations from other clients, the decision to use Penny's services to style our property for sale was an easy one. Our high expectations were met or exceeded in every respect. Penny's efficiency, professionalism, natural flair & creative talent were only outshone by her obvious love for what she does. We were amazed and impressed by the surprisingly short period of time she needed to accurately assess our home and advise the appropriate ways to maximise the positives & minimise the negatives in ways we would never have considered. After we had undertaken the steps suggested by Penny, our real estate agent's initial 'top-of-range' estimated value became our absolute worst-case price. I have used Penny from Style by Penelope for a number of projects and each time she has exceeded expectations. Recently we employed her to work on a run down property which was worth $450,000 in its current condition and renovate the property so that it could be sold. Always prompt and efficient for her appointments she oversaw the transformation of this property including selecting a whole new modern colour scheme for the property, fully painted throughout, selection on new flooring, re-furbished the kitchen without it having to be replaced, new blinds, landscaping outside and then selected hire furniture that amazed every client as they walked through the door. The transformation was just amazing, the vendor was astounded by the improvement and it resulted in over 30 potential purchasers in the first 2 weeks of the home coming onto the market and it sold for $510,000. Needless to say that vendors are extremely happy with the fact that by investing $30,000 into the property renovations, they increased the value of their home by $60,000 and they netted a profit of $30,000 as a result of Style by Penelope's professional recommendations and overseeing of the renovations and furniture styling. We commissioned Style-by-Penelope to prepare our house for sale. From the outset we knew we made the right decision. Penny listened carefully to the brief and delivered above and beyond expectation.
