We opted for the $250 package where an interior designer from Pederson's works with you to design a specific area of your house. We were very happy with the layout and pieces chosen, and felt they complimented pieces we already had (the fee is waived when you buy over $5K of furniture, and you get free delivery). Pederson's is the place to go if you want classic, quality pieces... not for the Ikea crowd. Also, they have a great selection of upholstery fabrics. Only thing they could do better is coordinating deliveries after purchase. Call them, don't wait for them to call you.

When we went searching for new family room furniture, we headed up to Pedersen's because we knew they carried the Flexsteel line. We met with our designer, Denise, who listening to what we wanted in terms of comfort, durability and it had to be dog friendly. She listened, not only to what we said to her, but what we said to each other, in terms of colors and styles. She came down to measure the space and see how we lived in it. At our next meeting she presented color choices we initially chose, and then a few alternate pics. Holy Cats! She hit it out of the ballpark! No more safe and drab...now we have the happiest room ever! Awesome colors and textures and her layout makes our room function much more efficiently. I don't know how she did it, but our space feels and functions so much bigger! Denise is Pedersen's gift to the world. At all times we felt we were heard, supported and....loved! Denise is now adopted into our family and we'll always go back to her, and Pedersen's, for our future needs.

I've worked with Denise at Pedersens a few different times. She is always very pleasant, helpful and patient! She responds to email quickly. I look forward to working with her in the future.
