Peacock Rug Care

Overall good experience (they really do excellent job area rug cleaning); however, communication can be improved. Had I known that it would cost me 300$ to clean relatively new 100$ shaggy rug with a few dirty spots I would have reconsidered and done the cleaning job myself. Still cannot believe the cost! Considering that I gave the company a lot of business this year (4 rugs before this one), the cost for the last rug cleaning is too much. No customer appreciation. I am all for support of small businesses in this difficult time; however, I expect that the support should be mutual.

I have used Murray and his team to clean many area rugs over the years and he always does a perfect job. As an carpet and area rug store we have tried many cleaners over the years but none have been as good as Peacock Rug Care. It has been a pleasure working with Murray and his family. They have great knowledge, a real attention to detail and are very professional. Peacock Rug Care has unique cleaning processes and have been able to clean some very challenging rugs for us (sisal and viscose). I sell mostly wool carpets and Murray knows the proper way to clean wool. I always recommend Peacock Rug Care to all of my clients and will continue to in the future!
