We hired Paula-Lyn Interiors (PLI) for an ensuite renovation. PLI and the contractor provided excellent service throughout the process. Our tastes and budget were taken into account in the design of the room and selection of the fixtures, materials, etc. PLI provided us with a detailed plan and materials and work list at the start of the project. Communication was great, PLI telling us what work was to be done and when and answering all of our questions. The work was excellently done - only positive comments on the quality of the workmanship. We have to also mention that the contractor treated our house and project with respect and went well beyond our expectations in keeping the rest of the house clean. The end result was an ensuite that we are more than happy with, completed on time and within our budget. We would definitely use PLI again.

I worked with Paula-Lyn to redo my bathroom and kitchen. It was a great experience. She took the time to understand my style preferences, listened to what I was looking to do, brought great ideas to the table, but also validated a lot of what I was thinking. Paula-Lyn was a great designer to work with. All of her recommendations and suggestions were awesome. She sourced great products for our bathroom renovation even during Covid restrictions. I would not hesitate to use Paula-Lyn for future renovation projects. She was always responsive and available. We renovated our main bathroom. Removed tub and replaced with large shower. The bathroom was totally renovated and now looks awesome.

Paula-Lyn is an experienced interior designer/decorator who is creative and has an eye for design and colour. We hired her to assist with our kitchen renovation & manage the project. She recommended contractor Dave Bennett, owner of of 360Renos, and he was also excellent. She was organized, assertive, a good communicator and managed the project well. She is pleasant and was easy to work with. She listened to my vision in designing the kitchen and provided helpful suggestions. She is very professional, knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. She was able to provide guidance on all aspects of the renovation such as lay out, spacing, tile choice, lighting, fixtures and colours. She was able to troubleshoot & resolve any issues along the way. The finished kitchen resembled the 3D rendering she provided prior to the start of the project. Paula-Lyn has helped me on a number of projects. The first was choosing a color for the exterior of our house as we got it ready to sell. She chose the perfect color that took into account not only the house, but things I would have never considered, such as the color of the stones of the front walkway. It sold in less than 2 weeks. We then bought two condos - including one in Florida that needed a complete renovation. She has been most helpful and resourceful not only with her masterful sense of color, but also with kitchen ideas, flooring, furniture, layout etc in order to get that beach house look. But this time it was all through pictures, samples, email and brainstorming! Refreshing our main condo is on the back burner right now but that is another thing I appreciate about Paula-Lyn. She is flexible and offers different packages and options for different needs. A skilled expert and a wonderful, upbeat person to work with.
