From high-end to budget-friendly, PASCALE MARILL and associates conceptualizes, drafts, and manages the construction of residential designs. Whether the project is a remodel or new construction, designs are catered to the client's needs as well as the environment’s.
With a background in historical preservation and traditional designs, PASCALE MARILL offers clients a wide range of design aesthetics to choose from other than transitional or modern.
The design process begins with detailed questionnaires for the clients to fill out prior to the initial consultation. Once the consultation and designer agreement form are complete, the site analysis can continue. After the site analysis is done, our firm begins on the schematic design of the floor plans and basic massing. After the approval of the schematic design is submitted, the next phase of the design development process begins. First, focusing on the development of the massing through rough sketches; secondly, a 3D model will be generated to begin flushing out the design of the exterior. Once approval of the design development is given, our firm will generate the BID set documents for the clients to get an estimated cost of construction from various contractors. If approved to move forward, the construction documents begin to be formulated to hone in on the details of the project.
