Tania and her team coordinated our house renovation and design. We were very happy with the results. Tania was always available when needed and her team was great to work with. We would not hesitate to use them for a future renovation.

We retained Tania and her team to renovate our unfinished basement and could not be happier with the results. It was important to us to find someone who could make the most of a challenging layout and provide us with a turnkey result that was an extension of our home’s style and finishes. Tania and her team consulted with us extensively to come up with a design that created a luxury space while also meeting all our practical needs. We appreciated her ability to bring on a first-rate contractor and top-level trades and together complete the most flawless execution of a reno project we have been involved with to date. From beginning to end, Tania and her team showed excellent communication and professionalism. They took real accountability for the project at every stage while also taking the time to consult with us as need be to ensure client satisfaction. Whenever issues arose, the team dealt with them promptly and professionally. The final result is a beautiful, functional and timeless space that we are so grateful to now enjoy as a family. It has been refreshing to work with a design firm and contractor of such high caliber. Tania and her team worked with us to redecorate and furnish a condo we purchased in downtown Toronto. We absolutely love the results! It's stylish, comfortable, and inviting. The initial design process was easy and fun and they were able to seamlessly incorporate pieces and features from the condo that we wanted to keep. On top of that, they met our challenging schedule constraints. I cannot thank them enough for giving us such a beautiful condo. I smile every time I walk in!

We’ve renovated two homes with Parkyn Design within the last 6 years. Our first renovation went so smoothly and professionally, there was no question that we would use them again. We undertook a significant renovation for our new home during the height of the Covid pandemic with all of its unique challenges, supply chain issues and labour shortages. We’re thrilled to see how Tania Parkyn and her incredible team approached everything with a plan. There was no winging it! They were methodical, thoughtful and systematic in their planning. The team at Parkyn Design had the vision to completely transform our home. For example, they weren’t satisfied with the kitchen layout and revolutionized the space by finding ways to eliminate a support beam that interrupted the flow and function of our kitchen. They were obsessive about enhancing the floorplan and worked with their outstanding general contractor to find solutions that transformed the heart of our home. The quality of the trades that Parkyn Design utilized is top notch. Their contractors are best-in-class. True craftsmen who take pride in their work. If anything goes wrong, they always make it right. It’s refreshing to work with a design firm with the vision, thoughtful planning and construction team that far exceeded our expectations. Their customer service is first class and they always reply in a timely manner. When we renovate another home in a few more years, Parkyn Design will be our only choice.
