Pantheon Builders, Inc.

Pantheon built a new residence on a hilltop site in the Hollywood Hills for which I was the Architect. This was a very high-tech glass, concrete and steel structure -- 3 stories totaling 10,000 square feet on a site with very difficult sub-surface conditions (including a line of 70' deep caissons pinning together unstable rock strata.) That project is outlined below. They also constructed another, smaller residence on an uphill site in the same area. (My initial experience with Pantheon was that they stepped in as subcontractor for very drastic foundation work for another residence on a steep uphill site.) They have also done renovation work on two residential projects. In every case their work was very responsible, very well carried through to finish, and they were very cooperative and pleasant to work with.

As a consulting structural engineer I have worked with Pantheon Builders on several projects. On occasions, I have recommended them to my clients and have worked together. As a seasoned builders, Pantheon Builders are dependable and execute work as specified on the construction documents. It has been a pleasure to work with them over the years.
