Mike and his team were outstanding. He made himself available for consultation at times convenient for me and was most patient as I agonized over various decisions, even accompanying me to see the selection of pavers at the store. I did some comparison shopping and his quote was more than fair. During the work phase, I found them to be punctual, polite and working hard to get the job done and done right. When they were finished, my property was thoroughly cleaned up and except for my fabulous new porch, you would never know anyone had been there. My husband and I bought a house totally renovated. The downfall? The patio. Old, heaving and in tatters. Weeds, grime...a total eyesore. He took the time to really LISTEN to what we wanted with our new patio, and what was important to us. From there he designed a beautiful new patio that fit our home and yard. The contract was concise, and I was impressed that he brought a copy of his licenses and certificates for us to review. He and his team met the deadline with time to spare and was bang on budget. Every day I was impressed with what they had accomplished so far. When it was done, we were amazed at all the little touches they did that we didn't even think about. My husband, who is hard to please, has been raving about them ever since. They didn't just fix the patio, they made sure the landscaping around matched our new piece of paradise, like framing a painting. We're already thinking of things to have Mike and his team come back to do. We can't wait to use them again!

We needed our front and back completely re-sod with some landscaping around gardens and trees. We also wanted some flagstones. Beyond that, we really didn't know what we wanted and were hoping our landscaper would be able to help us. We talked to a few but went with OBL because of the professional and easy nature with which they dealt with us. We described the feel we were looking for and were presented with a few options, both visually and with a materials cost. What was really appreciated was the respect we received in spite of our lack of knowing what exactly we wanted. They were patient and listened while also explaining options. The work was exemplary - on time, beautiful and there was nothing to clean up afterwards. Even the final cost matched the quote (it was actually a little less but not so much as to question the original estimate). We were very satisfied with the whole process. In addition to all that, we had a severe winter following the installations and some plants didn't make it. I called OBL in the spring and they came and replaced the items without issue. We have continued to have them come every spring to do the general grounds clean up and mulch and soil. They have always been excellent in both service and quality of work. We will continue to use them for all our landscaping needs.

Mike and his crew refurbished and extended our patio and walkway and built us a beautiful pergola. Very professional and knowledgable and took time out, even on the weekend, to meet with us and discuss our plans. He provided great advise on what we wanted and communicated with us during the project to ensure everything was proceeding to our liking. Mike was great in helping me choose a design for our driveway interlock and then tweaking it to work perfectly with our layout. He brought a number of stones to our home for us to choose from and really took in our surroundings when helping us to make the best selection. He started the project on time, was here everyday as expected and finished on time and on budget. His work on the surrounding gardens and walkway transformed my front yard and still has neighbours commenting on our curb appeal. I have and will continue to recommend him to others.

Outer Beauty Landscape has done a great job for our property in Burlington.
