Direct Flooring Center

Over the years we have gone to Direct Flooring Center in Bend, Oregon for our flooring needs and have found them a great place to do business with. Recently we had a water leak in our kitchen that ruined the laminate flooring so we went to Direct Flooring to pick out some new laminate. We already knew they wouldn't be able to match our old flooring but Curt Garner ran his legs off bring different samples over to where I was standing for me to chose from. Curt also chose a great installers, Stan Shvets, and set up a day for installation. Stan called me way ahead of time and came early with his helper Chris and installed our floor in one day. We highly recommend Direct Flooring Center and their employees.

I have been using Direct Flooring Center for May years on our residential and commercial projects. I have also used them on my personal home projects and they have always done a excellent job and have been very competitive in pricing and most importantly attention to detail. We even have purchased window covering on several projects and have been very satisfied.

Its also important for me to point out that they handle any issues that i have ever had. Out of hundreds of jobs, the few manufacturer warranty issues were resolved due to Direct Flooring staying on top of it.

First time I ever shopped for flooring. The store has a huge selection of carpet and hard wood. I loved that I could borrow large sample books to bring home and try before purchase. The flooring contractor they provided was professional and easy to work with.
